Tracing Team of the Year
This award is for tracing teams within debt collection agencies or specialist tracing firms who are members of trade associations such as the Credit Services Association. Entries should be for companies / teams based in the UK although parent companies can be based overseas.Judges will be looking for evidence of success in one or more of the following criteria:
- Excellent financial results
- Innovation
- Contribution to the cause of better business and credit practices externally, for instance through involvement in cross-industry groups, benchmarking, trade associations, lobbying and so forth
- Customer / client satisfaction
- A responsible approach to tracing with procedures, training and testimonials to prove this
- Adherence to regulatory best practice and guidelines
- Good management and HR practices, employee development and commitment to training
- Technical, process and systems performance
